From booking our viewing appointment to the wedding day the staff at Hedingham Castle have been amazing. A big thankyou to Sarah, Jackie and Sharon for all your help. The Weather was not on our side for our big day however everyone helped the day run smoothly. I would recommend Hedingham Castle to anyone.

Hedingham Castle is an absolutely magical and romantic venue. We opted for the all-in package on a weekday, and from preparation, to the wedding day itself, and even the day after, the castle team provided superb service. We were impressed by their attention to detail and genuine care for making our day special. The atmosphere of the castle is simply enchanting, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the breathtaking scenery and the impeccable organization. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we were able to enjoy every moment without any stress. From the stunning decor to the delicious catering, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The castle team was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication and hard work truly made our wedding day unforgettable. We have no regrets at all. Hedingham Castle provided us with the fairytale wedding we always dreamed of, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and memorable venue.

It was the most amazing day! From the moment we enquired about a wedding, the staff were helpful and attentive. They had everything planned out perfectly and were able to answer any questions or queries quickly. The whole process was made so simple and effortless by the whole team. We had a small elopement and couldn't have asked for a more magical and intimate venue. It was simply perfect. Added bonus that we stayed in the Royal Chamber overnight as well, which was a fantastic experience. Thank you to all the team at Hedingham Castle for making our day everything we dreamed of.

I can hardly begin to describe how extraordinary the entire day was. Let’s start with the castle—it is absolutely unreal. Everywhere you look, it makes you go "wow" repeatedly. The stunning architecture and the grounds, kept in immaculate condition, provide a breathtaking backdrop that adds to the fairytale atmosphere. From the moment we first visited for the viewing, it was clear that Hedingham Castle is managed with the utmost professionalism. Sarah and her team provided world-class service, making us feel completely at ease. She patiently answered all my questions, no matter how trivial or repetitive they might have seemed, and her insightful advice was invaluable. We are incredibly grateful for her support and for the exceptional care she and her team provided. The planning process went absolutely smoothly—everything was taken care of, leaving me to only worry about sunny afternoon on the big day. The entire team operated like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that every detail was flawless. There was nothing, absolutely nothing, we could fault; it was almost too perfect! Our guests were in awe of the venue and couldn’t stop complimenting how seamlessly everything came together. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding day; it was so magical that we wish we could do it all over again. I highly recommend Hedingham Castle to anyone searching for a venue. Hedingham Castle is the perfect place to get married, especially if you like very old things! We are very old things 😂 but we wanted a spectacular day for our close family and friends. The castle keep, steeped in a thousand year old history, was the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Candles placed in the alcoves gently flickered in the low Autumn light, adding to the ambience. Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. You get a workout with all the stairs, but think of the history and who may have descended those over the past millenium. The dining hall looked like a film set. In terms of the help we had, the run up was well organised- the team headed up by Sarah Pether was second to none, with people on hand during the entire day to ensure everything went as it was supposed to. We cannot recommend this historic monument for a wedding, highly enough. We held our whole day in the keep, for us this was perfect. Five stars are well deserved for all the help we got to ensure our day went so well. It was magical.

My partner & I got married here 7th September 2024. From start to finish, the entire process was made seamless by the amazing team at Hedingham. Sarah & her team work tirelessly to help you bring your wedding ideas & dreams to fruition and I genuinely cannot recommend the venue enough. Any & all requests, no matter how trivial were undertaken with immense attention to detail & professionalism. Our guests were truly taken aback at the sheer beauty & uniqueness of the venue and have commented on multiple occasions as to just how amazing the entire day was - this would not have been possible without the wonderful team. Hedingham's trusted partnership suppliers are also wonderful (Lewis Cabuche, Limeberry to name a couple) and are very reasonably priced. We celebrated our mid week wedding at Hedingham castle, and I don’t think words can do justice to how beautiful and perfect this venue is. Not only that the team at Hedingham are absolutely amazing, the day ran perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about timings or where people should be and when as they had it all under control at every moment. From booking our day with hedingham to the days following the communication with the team has been perfect. They made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything and helped with anything they could. Our planning meetings were extremely helpful and didn’t feel rushed even with all my anxious questions! I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you thank you thank you!! 🖤

Hedingham Castle was the most beautiful and unique wedding venue. I fell in love with it as soon as we visited. The castle itself and the grounds are stunning. Our ceremony was lit by candles and it was just beautiful. We had our whole day in the castle. The food was incredible and the service was fantastic. We have had so many compliments on the venue from our guests and we had the perfect day. The staff are brilliant, and Sarah Pether at the castle was just fantastic from day one and so responsive. Nothing was too much of an ask and she was incredibly helpful. She always did her best to make everything we wanted happen! I am so pleased we decided to have our wedding here. An unforgettable day that was unique with a gothic vibe. Thank you so much for the best day. It was exactly what we wanted.

Just had my wedding here (August 20, 2024) and will truly never forget this day. Sarah was AMAZING from day one of emailing all the way till the wedding and even after! Planning a wedding from Florida you’d think this would be challenging but not at all when you have amazing communication! Anything I asked she replied instantly and answered every crazy question I had!! She is so fun, bubbly and so organized!! Debi was my day of coordinator and she was just as amazing! Anything I asked, or my guests, she made happen without hesitation! My guests cannot stop talking about how stunning the castle is and how perfect the grounds looked and how helpful the team was! She was on top of everything and made sure the day ran so smooth! Truly cannot thank Sarah, Debi, and the whole team at Hedingham castle for making this possible and the most perfect day ever. It was better than Austin and I could have truly imagined and that’s because of you guys!!!
