DRY HIRE
Dry hire charge (inclusive of VAT) £12,000.00*
A 25% damage deposit will be required from the client and will be refunded post event less any deductions for any losses or damages, breakages or other expenses (including but not limited to additional cleaning, costs or claims) incurred as a consequence of the clients occupancy and use of the venue. The Hotel reserves the right to charge additional costs for any excessive losses, damages or breakages to the Hotel, the property or its contents.
*Saturday hire is subject to a surcharge
Dry hire includes:
* Full day hire of the Rum Warehouse (Ground Floor) (8am until 1am)
* Use of Rum Warehouse kitchen (8am until 1am) to exclude automated rational and any kitchen equipment
* Representative of Titanic Hotel Liverpool to be present in a supervisory role throughout day
* Tables and chairs (tables are 5ft 6’ rounds)
* Standard white table linen and high quality paper napkins *additional charge for colours
* Black dance floor (24 x12 ft.)
* Stage (7 blocks 6 x 8 each block)
* Red carpet
