We believe in using local, seasonal ingredients to make abundant feasts that are gorgeous to look at and packed with flavour. We are passionate about supporting our farmers. We use only the freshest local, sustainably produced ingredients including free range meats, sustainable seafood and organic grains. Our menus offer extensive selections and are reviewed and updated every year. We can cater for most dietary requirements. We want you and your guests to be well fed and cared for.
