To ensure we deliver the perfect function for you, we charge a flat fee of $550 to cover: Exclusive venue hiring with free car park onsite Full AV package including projector, high volume speakers, smoke machine, disco lighting and PA system Early venue access for setting up (2 hours prior to the guest arrival) Clean-up at the end of your event Complimentary welcome sign, cake stable with stands & photoback drop Minimum spend for food and beverage $3500 For Saturday nights, public holidays, and evenings before public holidays $2500 For Friday nights, Saturday days and Sundays $1500 All other times * All December bookings will have an additional $500 minimum spend
