The Old Melbourne Gaol

When the Old Melbourne Gaol was built in the mid-1800s, it dominated the Melbourne skyline as a symbol of authority. The National Trust of Australia began managing the venue as a tourist attraction in 1972, and now it can be exclusively hired for events. Whether you're looking at hosting a sit down dinner, a cocktail function, product launch or more, there are three individual function spaces available for hire. These include the Old Melbourne Gaol, Old Magistrates' Court and the Former City Watch House. Located at the edge of the Melbourne CBD, these historic venues can be used for various corporate functions, including private dining for small events, through to large cocktail party events.
