We had an excellent birthday evening in the Puy de Dôme room, quality meals, attentive service, the rooms are clean and spacious and the brunch was very generous with very good local products, lots of choice of sweet or savory options! All with a breathtaking view of the Puy de Dôme. Thanks again to the whole team, all the guests were delighted. See you soon for a meal at the restaurant or a Sunday brunch!

Wonderful weekend spent with all my family and friends (50 people) for my birthday this October 1, 2022 at Archipel Volcans. The quality of the hotel/restaurant and its location facing Puy de Dome are incomparable. The kindness of the director and her staff, their professionalism, their good humor, their smile and their understanding of our needs (sometimes our stress) were a real pleasure 😉 I highly recommend.

We spent a very pleasant family weekend at your establishment. Privatization of a room for a birthday and brunch the next day. The food was good and the dishes plentiful. The rooms were perfect, clean, tastefully decorated and good bedding. The location is ideal, quiet and superb view. We also appreciated the layout of the garden with its deck chairs available, and the games room as well as all the activities available to children.
