Ashdown Park Hotel

Myself and my now Husband got married here on the 25th August 2023 and it is a day I will never forget. The staff were so so accommodating and welcoming from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make our day feel so special for us and for our guests too.The food is just outstanding, cooked to perfection you won’t leave with an empty belly!! Eimear Claire Emily Sinead and Catherine were so friendly and are just superb at their job not to forget the bar staff they are so good. Thank you

From the day we got engaged I knew I wanted to book the Ashdown. During lock down, Catherine and Eimear were so responsive to all messages. Nothing was a problem. On the day of the wedding, they kept everything running so smoothly that we could just enjoy the day. Food was AMAZING. Service was excellent. Seriously, if anyone is considering booking here... just do it. You won’t be disappointed

From the moment we booked our wedding all the staff were great and so helpful, no question was ever too big or too small. Catherine is absolutely amazing at her job, I never had any stress leading up to our wedding as I just knew she would have everything under control. Our day went perfectly, from the time my husband arrived to the hotel to get ready to us leaving the hotel 2 days later , all our guests still talk about the food, especially the pork belly starter.

My daughter had her wedding there last week, and from the first day when we went down to book it to the end of our stay, the staff, especially Emily, who organised it all, were fantastic. The food for the wedding was amazing.. all the guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher. Miriam

I really cannot get over the service at this hotel , I have stayed here now 4 times and booked my wedding for 2022. Food is always outstanding literally cannot fault, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and attentive The rooms are spotless and spacious I genuinely am so excited to get married knowing that everything will be at such a high standard. The food was fabulous everyone of my guest complemented on how amazing it was and the service was brilliant I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting married hear to do so you will not be disappointed there was nothing to big or small that we requested that the staff couldn't do for us. Gorgeous hotel. The staff are amazing, so helpful and lovely! We stayed there for our friend's wedding and just loved it. The food was simply delicious too. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend! 10/10
