We had a party of 15 plus a baby to celebrate the wedding of my son in Loughdan House. The staff was phenomenal. There was a custom menu for our group, a wine and cake table, and ambiance that couldn’t be beat! The food was exceptional including the duck confit and Irish stew. Food and comfort was provided for the baby and a sign hung over the newly married couple. It was far better than we expected for a reservation made with 48 hour notice. Thank you so much, Wicklow Heather. We will be back!

Really gorgeous, old fashioned pub! Been here many times, even for a wedding! Their fish is amazing and the staff are so lovely and genuine. The pub is filled with old books, pictures and general items. Their bathrooms are always so clean. It's so busy on the weekends, because it's near Glendalough, so it is a little touristy. But definitely book ahead or go anyway. Make a day trip out of it, there's a petrol station up the road as well.

We had our wedding reception here last weekend and they did such a fabulous job! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were wonderful. A much delayed day and it was worth the wait!

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nicola especially deserves a huge shout out for looking after us so well. My husband and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and we were so looked after. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of prosecco, such a nice touch from Betty, who was a wonderful hostess. We went to the Wiclow Heather to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary as we have done on a few occasions and as always we really enjoyed it.The food was lovely as always and the staff were lovely, especially Adam who looked after us .Definitely b back again.

Setting up a wedding cake here today. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Have had many lovely meals here too and the food is always amazing as is the service!

My new husband, his parents, and I chose Wicklow Heather House for our post-elopement dinner and they treated us so well! The service, food, and drink selection were incredible, plus they had a little surprise for us at the end. It was the perfect conclusion to our wedding day! We will definitely be back.
