Capri Palace Jumeirah

I am not sure if my family and I were dreaming or we were actually at the most incredible hotel! I cannot even put into words the experience we were shown at Capri Palace. From the minute we walked in to the moment we left, we felt like we were at home. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone knew our names and always said hi to us upon arriving back each day. The hotel was so clean and beautifully decorated. Each night we came back to our room, we were left a little treat...

Yanelle greeted us immediately when we arrived. He was a friendly face that was always happy to see us around the hotel and his energy was infectious! What a great way to start the trip! The rooms amazing and we were given a sunset view which were absolutely breathtaking. The personal touches of a handwritten card, fruit, and a cookie to welcome us was a sweet touch! The location in Anacapri was great and it was very easy to get to Capri just a 10-15 minute taxi!

Venchenso front desk manager went so far above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is amazing. He even set up tattoos for us in Naples with his Friend. Which was yet another reason why he deserves a huge shout out. Jumeriah does everything right. From the sheets on the bed to the pool service breakfast food I could go on all day about this amazing property. Stevens and Cross Cosmetics artistry by Christine made this possible.
