Our delicious home-baked cakes include Lemon drizzle, Rich Chocolate Truffle, Vanilla, Baileys Truffle, Caramel & Butterscotch, deluxe Carrot Cake plus many more and this ensures that your cake not only looks good, it tastes good too!

What is your most memorable wedding?
There are so many to choose from as many of the couples become firm friends! Our biggest challenge must be our 7 tier mini Trinket Box display. It sto over 3 feet tall, with 112 individual mini cakes and took a massive 80 hours to make over just 5 days!

What about your business are you most proud of?
My reputation has been gained through years of careful understanding of my couples. The reviews I have had over the years have made me realise I need to keep my unique approach to designing wedding cakes with the involvement of the couple. I do this by holding consultations at the couples home or venue and a special tasting session of my home baked cakes in a range of flavours. My recipes are most guarded secret!

Describe your typical process with a couple.
I meet many couples through wedding fairs or recommendations from venues I'm recommended by. My general approach is to arrange a consultation and tasting session either at the couples home, wedding venue, local hotel or even a pub! I bring along samples for them to try of the flavours they would like; the most popular being Baileys, Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate Truffle, Vanilla and Strawberry Passion!
During the consultation we look at pictures, my portfolio a d discuss the style of their wedding any any ideas they may have. Parents are also welcome if they want!
