I just love working in hospitality and I think my clients are truly enjoying working with me as they put their faith into my hands (drinks). We usually leaving as friends too :-). Any event planning is a big thing and loads of work, so I am trying to take the catering side of the DAY off bride's and groom's shoulders (or at least a bit).
In terms of services I usually ask where the wedding is, theme, numbers and if it should be pre-paid or cash bar (happy to explain differences if you are unsure). Afterwards I prepare a draft (drinks with prices) - just a starting point, to put ideas on the table. By reading it you will realise "this I do not need", "that works perfectly", "probably different brand", etc. So very soon we can transform the vision into a real plan.
I can serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, hot drinks, cocktails. I also have 3-4 whiskey barrels for guests to use them as cool tables. Decoration of the van & barrels within your theme or colour (or leave it with me). I have a relatively large heavy duty marquee that can be enclosed or open, standing probably about 30 people. I provide large glass jugs filled with colourful cordials, fruits and herbs (FREE).
On top I can prepare some extras such as cheese boards, crisps, nuts, other snacks to nibble on (not expensive extra).
