We include a lot more than any other in the headline price - more often than not we can include delivery, fuel, cabling install and cleaning of equipment. Below are some initial pricing packages:
Generator:
20kva ultra silent generator, including delivery, 20hrs fuel, cable install and insurance - £545+vat
Refrigeration:
2.5m medium fridge trailer, including delivery, shelving, cleaning and insurance - £275+vat
Heating:
55kw indirect heater, including 8hrs fuel, ducting, thermostat - £225+vat
Lighting:
Festoon lighting is charged at £2.00+vat per meter, including 1m high shepherd hooks and install
Fairy lights from £1.00+vat per meter
Drop festoon - £3.00+vat per meter (bulbs extra)
Outdoor colour floodlight wash - £25.00+vat each
Plus we can offer bespoke ideas, floating orbs, building colour lighting washes etc - let us know what you'd like and we'll see what we can offer.

That's where we come in....we rent ultra silent event generators, fridge trailers, marquee heaters and outdoor lighting rental across the South-east.
We offer the complete package, from delivery, to installation, cabling with generators, keys to lock your drinks securely and even fuel in your generators. A complete turn-key all in one package.
Predominately renting for weddings, parties, anniversaries and outdoor events. We've built up relationships with dozens, if not hundreds of venues, marquee companies, caterers and event planners.
The company was set up to offer a friendly, helpful and straight-forward rental process. Drop us a line and we'll normally come back same day.

Hey!
I set up Grizzly Bear Events to simplify equipment hire. Too often we were booking in rental kit with slow to reply companies, no real care for what the clients wanted or on the ground understanding of the event.
It's normally myself who you'll deal with upto delivery and installation. I'm here to recommend the right equipment and can often suggest suppliers for other aspects too.

Oh where do we start....we install equipment on all types of events. From large weddings for 200+ guests with multiple generators, team members on site, our drop festoon hanging over dining areas all the way down to small garden parties - all have lovely touches to make them personal to the client.

Understanding power needs (including catering as that makes the biggest difference), quoting our recommended size, reserving equipment and requesting a 25% deposit.

New Years Eve black tie - what better way to see in the New Year than also celebrating your wedding with family and friends.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Hanging greenery with drop festoon filament bulbs in - we can offer the lighting part of this for you.
What is your signature finishing touch?
Making sure we're delivered what clients actually need - not everyones does this. With a background in event organisation and catering we know what suppliers need and where.
