What is your most memorable wedding?
Each wedding I photograph is unforgettable in its own way, but there are a few that really stand out! One that always brings a smile to my face was a couple who decided to skip the usual slow love song for their first dance and went with Tenacious D’s “Tribute.” It was epic! The energy was electric, and the entire room was vibing to the rock anthem like it was the most romantic song in the world. It was so unexpected and refreshing, and honestly, it made for some of the most fun photos I’ve ever taken.
Another unforgettable moment happened just after the first dance at another wedding. The energy was still high, and everyone was ready to keep the party going. But then, the first few notes of Baby Shark started playing, and everyone—yes, the grandparents included—jumped up and started dancing along. I couldn’t help but laugh as I snapped away, capturing the absolute joy and hilarity of it all. It was one of those moments that reminded me how weddings aren’t just about the ceremony, but about celebrating who you are, and having fun with the people you love.
These moments—moments that are so personal, so off-the-beaten-path—are the ones I absolutely love to capture. They’re full of laughter, personality, and surprises that make each wedding day one-of-a-kind.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Fun, Authentic, Relaxed, Creative, Candid
What about your business are you most proud of?
What I’m most proud of is the relationship I build with each couple I work with. It’s not just about taking pictures—it’s about making you feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in front of the camera, so that your true selves shine through in every shot. I’m not just your photographer; I’m your cheerleader, your guide, and, most of the time, your dance partner too!
I pride myself on creating an atmosphere where you can fully enjoy your day without worrying about getting the “perfect” shot. The real moments—those raw emotions, belly laughs, and stolen glances—are what I’m truly passionate about capturing. And when you look back at your photos, I want you to relive those memories and feel like you’re right back there, in the moment.
I'm also proud of how my approach blends professionalism with a fun, personal touch. I may be all about keeping things light-hearted and full of energy, but I never lose sight of how important your day is. Ensuring that you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process—whether it’s pre-wedding consultations or being there to support you on the day itself—is something I take great pride in.
Lastly, I’m proud of the repeat clients and referrals I get. When couples tell me they’ve recommended me to friends or want me to capture more milestones in their lives, it tells me I’ve done something right. Building those long-lasting relationships with my couples is absolutely what I love most about my job.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don’t stress! Seriously, it will all come together, and before you know it, the day will be over in a blur. Take a step back and enjoy the process. The planning can actually be a lot of fun—especially when you get to boss people around (with love, of course)!
And as someone who’s been through the wedding planning whirlwind myself, I’m always here to chat through anything you’re unsure about. From tips on managing the day to supplier recommendations, I’m more than happy to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Trust me, it’s all about enjoying the ride!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of the most fun personal touches I’ve seen was at a wedding where the couple used photos of their dogs as the table numbers! Each table had a different picture of their furry friends in playful poses, and it was such a quirky, heartwarming way to bring their personalities into the day. Guests were constantly laughing as they found their seats and commented on how adorable the pups looked in every shot. It was a perfect way to include something meaningful to the couple while also keeping things light-hearted and fun.
I love when couples find ways to incorporate things that are close to their hearts into their wedding day—whether it’s a beloved pet, a hobby, or a special memory. These little touches make the day even more theirs and add a lot of charm to the celebration.

I’m here to answer any questions you might have and to make sure we’re the perfect fit for each other.
Booking & Planning
Once you’ve decided to move forward, I’ll send over the details of the package you’ve chosen, and we’ll lock everything in with a simple contract and deposit. From here, we start to dive into the fun stuff—planning! If you’re not sure about certain timings or details, I’m more than happy to give you guidance based on my experience.

If you’ve opted for an engagement session, we’ll set a date and location. This is a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera and for us to have some fun together before the big day. I’ll guide you through some relaxed poses, but mostly, we’ll just let things unfold naturally so you feel at ease.
The Big Day!
On the day of the wedding, I’ll be there early to capture all those special moments before the ceremony begins. From the excitement of getting ready to the emotional walk down the aisle and beyond, I’ll be documenting everything from a relaxed, behind-the-scenes perspective. My goal is to let you enjoy the day and stay in the moment, while I capture the memories.
Post-Wedding
Once the dust has settled, I’ll dive into editing your photos. I always aim to deliver a sneak peek of 100 edited images within 48 hours because I know how excited you’ll be to see them! Your full gallery will be ready within 6-12 weeks, and you’ll be able to access all your high-resolution images online for easy download.
Album & Prints (Optional)
If you’ve chosen an album or prints, I’ll work with you to design something that truly reflects your style and the essence of your day. We’ll go over every detail to make sure it’s perfect!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
If I had to pick just one photo every couple should take, it would be the moment you two steal away from the crowd, just for a minute. Whether it’s after the ceremony, during sunset, or even just when you’re on your way to the reception—there’s something magical about those quiet, intimate moments when it’s just the two of you.
It’s not about posing; it’s about capturing the raw emotion of the day—the joy, the love, the excitement—without anyone else around. Those moments are so special and timeless, and they always end up being some of my couples’ favourite photos.
So, even if it’s just for a few seconds, step away, take a breath, and enjoy that feeling. I promise it’s a moment you’ll cherish forever.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Rain on your wedding day doesn’t have to be a disaster—actually, it can make for some incredibly romantic and unique photos! Here’s what I recommend to make the most of a rainy day wedding:
Embrace the Weather!
Don’t stress about it; instead, embrace it! Some of the most magical wedding photos I’ve captured have been on rainy days. Think romantic, cozy moments under umbrellas, or those stunning, dramatic shots of the rain falling around you. The rain can add texture and atmosphere to your images, and you’ll end up with some very memorable, one-of-a-kind shots.
Have a Backup Plan for Photos
It’s a good idea to have a backup plan for portraits in case the weather doesn’t clear up. If you’re indoors, we can get creative with beautiful architecture or soft lighting, and there are always gorgeous indoor spots like staircases, windowsills, and even fireplaces. We can still get plenty of amazing shots without going outside if need be.
Invest in Cute Umbrellas
I always recommend having a few clear or coloured umbrellas on hand for some fun and practical photos. Clear umbrellas are especially great because they let the light in and still show the background, while coloured ones can pop and create a cheerful contrast with the grey skies.
Stay Positive & Have Fun
One of the best things you can do is stay relaxed and enjoy the moment. Rain can actually make your wedding day feel more intimate and cozy, especially if you're surrounded by your closest friends and family. The best photos come when you're having fun and not worrying about the weather. Plus, there’s something about rain that makes people feel even more connected—it’s like it’s all part of the magic of the day.
Describe how you got into photography.
My journey into photography began with my Grandad. He was the one who sparked my passion for capturing the world around me. I’ll always remember the afternoons I spent with him on the fields beside his mobile home in Salisbury. He would hand me his camera and tell me to photograph whatever caught my eye—whether it was a flower, a bird in flight, or something as simple as the way the light hit a tree. He had such a calm, patient way of showing me how to see the world through a different lens, and those moments with him were pure magic.
My Grandad was such an incredible influence in my life. He was always supportive of my creative spirit, and when he moved to The Royal Hospital in Chelsea in 2010 to become a Chelsea Pensioner, he continued to encourage me every step of the way. He was so proud when I decided to pursue photography as a career, and I’ll never forget how he helped me buy my first editing computer. To have that kind of support meant the world to me, and it gave me the confidence to follow my dreams.
Looking back, I realize it was those quiet moments with him, learning to appreciate the beauty in the little things, that set me on this path. Photography is more than just a career to me—it’s a way to hold onto those memories and share the way I see the world with others. My Grandad's love for life and his pride in my journey will always inspire me to capture the beauty in every moment.
