Where to start with reviewing the best venue ever!!. In all seriousness thats what Falside is. When Stuart and I first got engaged I thought it would take us a while to find what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a barn style venue but not something that was too rustic. Falside was the second we viewed and instantly we loved it and it ticked all the boxes. This was then built on by the friendly yet professional staff who absolutely could not do enough for you. Every request I had was well received by the team and they absolutely delivered. The space, drinks, food and service were absolutely incredible and they truly made our day so special. Every email was answered so quickly and they were always on hand if help was needed. I cannot recommend Falside enough and it was the perfect location for our special day. I would give it 50 starts if not limited to only 5. A huge thanks to David, Alison, Hannah, Lawrence and Zarah and all the staff at the mill for helping us have the prefect wedding. Stuart & Kennedy

We don’t even know where to begin with thanking you guys. From the moment we first viewed the venue it completely blew every other one out the water. The communication was brilliant, we knew we were in safe hands Everyone was amazed by the stunning venue! It really has the WOW factor, I couldn’t have dreamt up a better venue. And then there’s the food...from canapés through to meal and then the buffet, everyone was so impressed by the food We felt so lucky to have all you guys support

We absolutely loved Falside. The venue was beyond beautiful from the first time we visited and especially on our wedding day. Everyone has been beyond helpful and we cannot thank Hannah, David and Alyson enough for making our dream a reality with the venue. The drinks were incredible and the food was wonderful. The venue works to well with the different areas and how the bar is situated in the main room and there’s no moving between the meal to the evening! We’ve had so many compliments regarding the day and we would highly recommend this venue to other couples.

Amazing venue with super helpful staff! We couldn't have been happier with the venue. It is absolutely stunning and the staff are all extremely friendly, and went out of their way to get every little detail right for us, making sure we were having the best day. It is extremely spacious and we were not cramped on the dance floor at all for ceilidh-ing. The catering for our day was delicious. Thank you Falside Mill so much for making our day so special!

What a venue! Stephen and I got married on the 11th October 2023 and I cannot fault it one bit. The staff were so accommodating and helpful every step of the way - including the lead up to the big day! They made the day super special and every detail was just spot on! Every guest we have spoken to since has mentioned how stunning the venue was and how much they enjoyed their meals! The food was stunning and I keep thinking about it now! The team at Falside Mill knows how to fulfill Wedding Dreams! I was the wedding photographer for Katy & David's Wedding and was blown away. The venue is very well organised, offers beautiful corners for couple photos, and was super accommodating with the guest's needs. Would highly recommend it and can't wait to shoot my next wedding there!

We are still not over how amazing our day was. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, I never imagine myself having a barn wedding but Falside is rustic yet modern and everything I wanted. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, there were plenty staff so never any queues, The food was out of this world from the canapés to evening buffet. You have all been amazing dealing with all our questions and emails and I’m so sad it is over but wish I could plan it all again.

Falside Mill was the first venue we visited when planning our wedding and we knew straight away it was the one for us. It was the perfect combo of a rustic venue with modern/funky touches like the tuk-tuk cocktail bar. The team of David, Alyson and Hannah were absolutely amazing as well, helping us with any questions and issues throughout our planning. David was more than happy to have us for a tasting session as well after which he sat and chatted through a list of questions and considerations with us that helped even more in our planning. On the day the staff were absolutely incredible, Hannah seemed to constantly be in multiple places at the same time, from regularly emptying our card/gift box and depositing them in the private room for the bride and groom, to liaising with our band, to making sure our guests were always seated, watered and where they needed to be at the right times. The food was also absolutely incredible. We went for BBQ style sharing platters and were blown away by the amount of food, but there were still plenty of clean plates! I (the Groom) had also requested Tiramisu as one of our desserts and it may genuinely have been the best I’ve had in my life. We can’t thank Falside enough for how well our day ran and how special they made it for us!

From start to finish you guys have simple been the best. The Mill is just outstandingly beautiful and we were so blessed to be able to have our reception there. The support throughout meant the world to us both, so we knew we were in great hands.Our family and friends had the best time and could not compliment the staff and the Mill it’s self. Ourselves and guest absolutely loved the food so much.We have the best memories for life from the most beautiful picturesque place we could have asked for

Falside was the first venue visited and wow did they set the bar high! Maybe it was the pull of the cocktail truck or the amazing space but it was one of the easiest decisions we made! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Eve,Alyson and David were always on hand to answer any questions we had and always put our mind at ease .The day ran perfectly and we genuinely had the best wedding ever! Our guests commented on how stunning the venue is and how they loved the food! We wish we could do it all over again!
