Gatwick Manor

The venue was beautiful. The staff were short and one was very rude. Poor service and slow. Run out of glasses and bitter at the bar. Almost missed out on couples photos as we were losing light. Veg was hard. Some people didnt get their meals or deserts. Foreign objects in a few meals and allergy meals were ignored. We had to send back every course. I had sent all details clearlt so they would know the exact table and name of those. They were awkward about inflating the bouncy castle i ordered that was agreef i could have. We had to request our first dance. Did not get a father daughter dance. Cheese board did not come out and buffet followed the meal closely. Selfie prop room was shut off with our props inside. Contaminated ice in drinks. Expensive bar. Stress and proboems that could have been avoided on our special day. The manager was very understanding and investigated instantly. He was very apologetic and resolved the issues but obviously this wasnt until after our day.
