Custom made timber framed Orangery Marquee with ash plank flooring (Designed and built by LPM Bohemia) for the warmer months. A large private roped off area of one of the finest Gardens in Kent. We will never forget and has provided us with such lovely memories.

My step daughter had her wedding at Goodnestone House 2 years ago and my wife and I held our wedding anniversary there on 27/28 August 2024. Both events were excellent. The house is so beautiful, furnished to an excellent standard and in a fantastic part of Kent, with excellent views. We dealt with Ronnie and his team on both events. They were extremely efficient in all that they did. Nothing was too much for them and they kept us fully up to date throughout. Ronnie arranged us a pre-visit for our wedding anniversary, which allowed us to allocate rooms and to get to know the layout of the house again. I cannot stress enough how effectively everything is run at Goodnestone. It makes things so easy for the customer and I would recommend the venue highly and will be using it again. Thanks again to Ronnie for all his personal help and advice, which made our wedding anniversary an event we will never forget and has provided us with such lovely memories.

Wow wow wow!

We got the opportunity to celebrate our wedding weekend here and it was like a dream. Literally nothing was amiss. Ronald thought of everything and was equally friendly and professional. The entire house was well cared for and felt so luxurious to our guests. Ronald and Judith created a gorgeous meal and breakfast for us. Wedding venue of our dreams!!!

From the moment we found Goodnestone online, we knew it was special. After our first look round, we were hooked. We wanted relaxed, but elegant, and goodnestone delivered this in buckets. The gardens were beautiful and welcoming, the house cosy and grand. Instantly we were greeted like old friends by Ronnie, the gentle and unflappable house manager, who steadfastly ensured we got the best possible experience throughout the wedding planning process. Aided by the wedding co-ordinators, The Wedding Dolls, our planning and subsequent day was seamless and fairytale-like from start to finish. Our wedding weekend at Goodnestone spanned an early check in on Friday morning through to a late check out on Sunday, meaning we also had the pleasure of Judith and Ronnie’s cooking one evening. It was delicious and another gem in Goodnestone’s crown. Could not recommend Goodnestone and the team more.

Goodnestone Park blew us away as our wedding venue. We took the house from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon and filled it with family and friends. From our first call with Tessa right through to Ronnie's management on the weekend it was the most delightful, easy and accommodating experience. We couldn't be more impressed or recommend them more highly. Every little detail is thought of and the house is simply incredible. Comfortable, beautiful, practical. It was bliss.

A stunning venue with amazing staff!

Wonderful Wishes loved providing 1:1 Wedding Childcare for one of the bridal party's little boys for the full day and night at Goodnestone Park. This meant everyone could relax and enjoy the beautiful day at the even more gorgeous venue! The stunning venue meant we could be close by but kept out of sight and keep the parents updated about the little one throughout the day. The rooms to stay in have a real touch of luxury! The Wedding Dolls coordinated everything perfectly and everything ran so smoothly. We were greeted on arrival in the gorgeous grounds and the events team on sight were so friendly and communicated so well, it was a real pleasure to work together. I can't think of a more picturesque venue and what beautiful backdrops for photographs too! The venue was brought to life by the Wedding Dolls who dressed it to perfection! The bar manager was so friendly and attentive too! We cannot wait to hopefully come back to this incredible venue soon!

I enjoyed the most spectacular weekend

I enjoyed the most spectacular weekend at Goodenstone Park for a wedding and was blown away! The house is absolutely stunning - spacious with very elegant interior design, but homely and welcoming at the same time. The garden is enchanting and the views from the grounds are beautiful. This is a truly special venue for a wedding with lots of different components to make use of for different parts of the day. It would also make the most fantastic weekend getaway with friends or family!

I’d give it six stars if I could.

INCREDIBLE!! I was a groomsman at a wedding here in May, and it is quite simply the perfect venue for a quintessential English wedding. I’d give it six stars if I could. The interior of the house has recently been refurbished to an incredibly high standard - essentially a 5* luxury boutique hotel, but it’s all yours. The grounds are breathtaking. It’s English countryside at its best. And the newly built orangery (which is where the wedding dinner is held) is a perfect addition.
