I was the wedding planner of a recent wedding held at the fabulous Kimpton Fitzroy hotel. I worked alongside the lovely Radhika and it was a joy. What a wonderful venue in London. Those are the exact words we heard from nearly every guest - and they weren’t just being polite! If you’re getting married in London, truly look no further! The Kimpton Fitzroy is a dream come true. Our wedding coordinator, Andrea, is a breath of fresh air in the service industry. Any questions or concerns about quite literally anything (even just wedding etiquette) she was there to help us along the way. The value for money is phenomenal. The quality and quantity of food was exceptional and we were the only couple that day allowed to utilise both the Palm Court and Ballroom! As a bride going through cancer treatment, I physically couldn’t cope with trying to arrange a lot of decoration and thankfully I never had to. The absolute beauty of the Palm Court with its Olive Trees and fairy lights complimented with marble was the perfect backdrop for a First Look photo and the cocktail hour. The Ballroom with the statues and gold plating on the ceilings is beyond breathtaking and was just perfect for the ceremony and wedding breakfast. We hardly had to decorate at all because the rooms are so elegant. On the day itself, everything was so smooth, especially thanks to Lorraine who managed the day. I was so calm on my wedding day because I knew everything was in hand and we could simply focus on having the best day of our life! If I could get married at The Kimpton every day as if it were Groundhog Day, I totally would!

We got married at the Kimpton on Coronation Day. We were worried that it would be so crazy during that time but the wedding team and entire staff were absolutely incredible. We had guests stay in the hotel all week and were so well taken care of. The wedding team was super accommodating and in constant communication with us. We could not have asked to get married at a better location. We would recommend the Kimpton to everyone. It's an amazing place to get married, it's absolutely stunning, and they helped put on the best night of our lives!

We booked the Kimpton as our wedding reception venue, due to Covid we were not able to view the venue in advance given the lockdown so we were very reliant on the virtual tour on the website to view the spaces. Luckily the actual building and rooms are even more incredible in person. Our wedding event planner Andrea made the entire experience wonderful, every little detail was discussed with us and planned immaculately. Andrea was always on hand to answer our questions during both the lead up to the event and on the day. We booked hotel rooms for ourselves and our families - safe to say they were some of the most outstanding rooms we have ever stayed in. The little touches made the stay even more special, from welcome messages to the complimentary mini bar. The rooms were spotless and modern but they also felt very grand and in-keeping with the buildings history. We ate in Gavin Bar and Grill during a pre-wedding meeting and enjoyed breakfasts in both Galvin and Burr and Co during our stay- all meals were delicious with lots of choice. We were extremely happy with our wedding breakfast which was served in the Keynes room - the level of service was outstanding and all guests thoroughly enjoyed their food. The entire stay felt very personable, every member of staff knew we were getting married and went the extra mile to help us out and get us excited for the day. We had a large amount of luggage and wedding decor and the doormen were incredibly helpful running back and forth to the van with us to help us load and unload. By the end of our stay, the doormen felt like friends as they would go out of their way to have a quick conversation with us and see how we were getting on. From beginning to end our experience was 5* and we couldn't recommend the Kimpton more - both as a wedding venue and a hotel. Thank you to everyone who gave us the wedding of a lifetime!

We got married at Kimpton on June 2023. The organisation and execution on the day couldn't have gone better. The events team at Kimpton are so professional, super on it and our co-ordinator Andrea was just so lovely to work with! She ensured we covered all the details, we had an amazing menu tasting and she just went above and beyond to create the perfect wedding day for us. The food is incredible, we had compliments from all of our guests and my husband and I loved staying in the Corner Suite. What a wonderful room to get ready in with your bridesmaids too! We can't wait to return to Kimpton, it'll have a special place in our hearts

As a luxury wedding planner, I work with a great many hotels and venues throughout the world. I planned a wedding recently for one of my couples at the Kimpton Fitzroy and have to say that the team there were top class in terms of service, responsiveness, attention to detail and collaboration. First and foremost, we would like to say a massive thank you to Radhika at Kimpton. Her communication and support through the wedding journey was absolutely fantastic! We could not have asked for it to be any better! You will be in very safe hands with her support. Thank you once again, Radhika! The Kimpton hotel interior is so beautiful and the Ballroom and Palm Court is perfectly setup for a wedding. The food and the catering are fantastic! Location is in the beautiful Russell Square, which is really central but still does not feel too busy! We absolutely loved every minute of our wedding and our stay at Kimpton! We are so happy that we went with this venue, it could not have been much better!

I don't even know where to start! The Kimpton beats all the best service I have ever had. Absolutely stunning architecture with an even more fabulous and cheerful team. Everyone took care to bring the surprise I was planning for my husband on our wedding day to life! He loved it! Couldn't ask for more. PS. Loved the old school red telephone.

We had our wedding at the Kimpton Fitzroy London at the weekend. We had exclusive use of Palm Court and the Ballroom for our party of 150 people. A selection of our guests also taking rooms for the weekend. Wow, this is the most amazing venue we could have wished for. It was perfect in every single way. Venue, location, food, service, everything! We searched high and low and found this to be the best option and boy, they did not disappoint. The hotel staff in general were unreal. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff so personable and friendly. Going beyond the call of duty and doing anything to be of assistance. Specifically, we had Radhika manage and plan our big day. We'd give her 100 out of 10 if we could. She was an absolute joy to deal with and professional in every way. A total credit to the hotel. The guest relationship manager was praised by many of our guests. He is such a lovely kind man who also went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel welcome. Lorraine managed the team on the day for our wedding breakfast and evening party. She was also amazing and very accommodating in every way. This is the most beautiful venue inside and out. The photos and videos are incredible. The stunning classy interiors and lighting are simply unmatched, I have never stepped foot in a hotel that has it all in the way this one does. (And I have been to lots of lovely hotels around the world). If you are planning a vacation, wedding or function, you seriously need not look anywhere else. You will be so pleased with your decision.
