Facilities and Capacities Ryland Farmhouse and Events can offer you everything you might need for a one of a kind Tipi wedding celebration. You will get exclusive use of the Tipi and can decorate it however you wish. Whether you're having a summer occasion or winter wedding, their double hat Tipi is the perfect venue space all year round. Heating and cooling elements are available to keep the location at an ideal temperature for the festivities. This venue can accommodate 100 seated attendees or up to 150 standing guests. Services Offered Ryland Farmhouse and Events offer a wedding and events team to guide you through the planning process. They can tailor your Tipi experience to your desires so you can enjoy each moment of your magical day down to the last detail. This venue can provide bespoke food and drinks packages for you and your guests. However, you are also free to hire a private caterer. Couples and attendees who wish to stay the night are welcome to retire to Ryland Farmhouse and Events in their overnight accommodation.

At Rylands, we can cater for wedding receptions of up to 100 people. Or, if you are looking for a venue to host your wedding party, our twin big hat tipi can host up to 180 standing guests. You will have exclusive access to our tipi, where you will be given a blank canvas and the freedom to decorate it however you please with your own personal touches - all partnered with your bespoke food and drinks package. We know wedding planning can be a stressful time, but you’ll be relieved to know that our wedding and events team will be on hand to assist and guide you in organising your perfect day. We have different prices available depending on the season and day of the week. Consider if you'd like to book our hotel for the night alongside the tipi - we have 12 stunning rooms available for you and your guests.

Our stunning, close wedding

We had the best day and night at Rylands farmhouse for our hand-fasting ceremony and party. Dan was on it throughout and helped both my wife and I without hesitation. The site is absolutely stunning, rural and relaxed with staff that could not be more attentive to ours and all of our family and friends’ needs. The hand-fasting ceremony was seamless and the food service and wedding reception following were warm and welcoming at all times. The rooms afterwards were spacious and well-equipped with a great breakfast selection for the morning. The full English helped my head 😉. Thank you to all at Rylands for helping make our day so amazing.

Nothing by perfection!

I have nothing but positive words to share about our experience with Rylands Farmhouse Chloe was incredibly informative with everything we needed - the prompt response and answers to any queries really helped make us feel prepared for the big day! Dan and Luis were absolutely everything we needed from Friday night to Sunday morning and ensured we didn't feel a single ounce of stress - nothing was too much, everything went smoothly without any hiccups. The whole team, absolutely incredible. We have had nothing but compliments for every aspect of our day; and so much of that is down to the service provided by Rylands!

The perfect venue for our wedding!

We and our guests absolutely loved our wedding at Rylands farm. Everyone commented that the venue felt so relaxed, personal and unique. All the staff were really friendly and approachable and Luis and Chloe always replied to emails quickly. On the day Luis ran everything seamlessly, kept me relaxed and just took the stress away. I would 100% reccomend getting married here!

All i can say is WOW!!! the place its self is just amazing, lovely vibe and relaxing 🙏 we got married on 1st september 2024 and we had the best time 👌 staff was amazing and so helpfull, rooms were lovely! And the breakfast was spot on 👌 Louis was great and made sure i was ok and if i needed anything at all , there were a few names i forgot but they were all great 🙏 I wouldnt of changed a thing! We can’t thank everyone at rylands enough for all there help on the run up to our wedding day and especially throughout our big day, they helped with everything possible and nothing was too much to ask them! The most perfect day ever!

Honestly from start to finish everyone was absolutely amazing! Through the planning stages nothing was too much and all questions were answered. We were always well informed and looked after! The running of the day was so smooth, I didn’t have to worry once. Everything was so well organised and again, nothing was too much. The staff really made our day, they were all incredible. Best day ever!

From the moment we set foot in Rylands Farmhouse and tipi we knew it was perfect for our special day. The relaxed, country vibe, complete with ALL the fairy lights(!) was exactly what we wanted and it didn't disappoint! From the get go , Chloe and Luis helped us organise a fantastic day! Communication was easy, we visited a couple of times to plan out our event in detail, dressed the venue the day before and our day was seamless! The team were absolutely incredible, friendly and couldn't have done anymore! The venue looked, and was fabulous for the whole day, especially the party! So much space in and around the tipi! And the exclusive use of the rooms was a bonus! Can't thank them enough!

Our special day

Rylands Farmhouse was something different which is what first appealed to us when looking at venues. They gave us options for different caterers who were all really reasonable and efficient- we used Woodfire Smoke for pizza’s and Fellici’s ice cream cart. They even recommended a photographer- Imogen Wastell who was absolutely lovely and the pictures were fab! The staff at Rylands were lovely and helpful, everything went to plan and the drinks options were great. No one was waiting ages at the bar as it was well staffed. The hotel itself was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and well needed! Thanks to all the staff for everything. Such a chilled and happy day!
