We had the most incredible wedding in The Garden Room - all the staff ensured the entire day ran smoothly and to our liking, and we got so many compliments on the food. It really was the perfect space for us and our guests!

We recently had our wedding at The Biscuit Factory, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The venue and staff truly exceeded our expectations and made our day absolutely perfect! Huge thanks to Jonny, Dave and the fantastic team that hosted us on the day. They went above and beyond, from saving my brother-in-law’s meal while he looked after my baby nephew to wrapping up our decorations and cake with great care (particularly difficult as our flowers were made of LEGO!). Their friendly and professional attitude was noticed by many of our guests, who were full of compliments. The ceremony space in the gallery is absolutely beautiful and our guests loved enjoying prosecco and looking at the art during the drinks reception. The Artisan room felt like the perfect size for our party of around 50 guests and looks brilliant in our photos. The food was another highlight. They created a fully vegan 3-course menu (with choice of dishes for each course) for us which was absolutely delicious and excellent quality. Most of our guests aren’t vegan and they were blown away by the food, it was wonderful to be able to show how great vegan food can be. Overall, The Biscuit Factory made our dream wedding a reality. We’re so grateful for all the advice and support during the planning process too. If you’re looking for a venue with a dedicated and caring team, we highly recommend them!

Paul and I met in 2020 and live just up the road from the Biscuit Factory. We wanted a venue that was local and ready-made in terms of beautiful décor, onsite catering and support to organise it all. The Garden Room is such a unique venue and you’d never guess you were in the middle of the city, but being so central made it easier for all our visiting guests. The day went brilliantly and still nearly two months on we can’t think of anything we’d change. The staff were so helpful both in the planning and on the day. We felt very special and excited! In particular, everyone commented on the beautiful spaces and tasty food. So thank you!

We chose the Gallery for our ceremony and the Artisan for our reception, and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. From our first visit the team were wonderful, Jonny took away so many wedding planning nerves with his professional and calm demeanor. Everything was smooth sailing on the day because the team are brilliant. The venue is an absolutely beautiful backdrop to the celebration and all of our guests mentioned what a lovely place The Biscuit Factory is and raved about the wonderful food too! It was start to finish a perfect day in such a unique and beautiful setting and we couldn’t be more grateful to the whole team.

Thank you so much for everything on Saturday, we had an amazing day! It surpassed expectations and walking in to the lovely atmosphere was a highlight - I think you’ll agree the florist did an amazing job and we were blown away! The food was great, we had so many lovely comments and once again thanks so much to the chef for sourcing the meat from Simon’s work. It meant a lot to him and our guests.

We chose the gallery for the ceremony and Artisan for the reception. The whole experience from the first look around was just absaloutly amazing. The Events team are so friendly and accommodating and I never felt like anything was a stilupid question. They bent over backwards to make sure our wedding day went beautifully and worked really well with the suppliers that we had. The gallery was stunning for the ceremony and Artisan was absaloutly perfect for our 50ish guests. The food was delicious and the guests all commented about how lovely the venue was but most importantly to us they were comfortable and had a good time. I would 100% reccomend the Biscuit Factory for a wedding.

We chose The Biscuit Factory because it was so different to all the other wedding venues we’ve been to as guests. It was our second wedding venue we had viewed and we knew it was the one straight away. Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful and it just has such a chilled out vibe which is what we wanted for our wedding day.

I love photographing weddings at The Biscuit Factory! It's so unique to be able to have your ceremony in the art gallery. There are lots of cool urban locations around the Ouseburn to go to for couples portraits with a cool city vibe too!

I work alongside the team at the Biscuit Factory for many events, supplying Illuminated props. The team are very passionate at what they do and really strive to make everyone’s event memorable and unique. They are extremely organised when it comes to the logistics and set up of the event and the team that run the events are always friendly and professional. It's a great space for both large and small events, with a diverse space to work with.

We could not have wished for a better venue. The Events Team were excellent, they could not have been more helpful throughout the whole planning process and their attention to detail was second to none. The fact that many of our guests commented as to how professional our Coordinator, Katie was is a testament to how hard she worked on the day! The food and drinks were of such a high standard and I think we’ve lost count at how many people have told us it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had!
