This place is incredible.. ! From start to finish Sian was amazingly helpful & so kind. The day ran so smoothly, organisation was on top! Staff were friendly & accommodating, always smiling! Even though we were a rowdy bunch 🤣 Food was delicious as always, everyone was so pleased! If you’re struggling to find a venue this is the one!! We got married in January at The Cock O Barton and it was the most amazing day! We wanted to do some things ourselves to stay within budget and Sian was always happy to help and accommodate us! The food was incredible and our guests commented on how chilled and relaxed the whole day was as we had the entire place to ourselves. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and we were allowed to decorate it with our own finishing touches, which again helped us to stay within budget. We couldn’t fault any part of the day and Sian made sure that we understood every step of the way and helped us with any decisions. I honestly think it could not have been a better day and I would recommend anybody to go and see the venue for their own special day!

We couldn’t have ask for a better day, it was perfect. Sian and the team at Cock o’Barton made us feel so welcome when we first went for a viewing, straight away we knew we found the best place for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Sian remained in contact throughout the wedding planning process and made us feel at ease. The day went smoothly, everything was in order and the team looked after us. It was the most perfect day. Since the wedding day we have had friends and family saying how amazing the venue and the team were on the day. Thank you for making our wedding so special and memorable. It was the best day.

What can we say, we had the most magical day ever. From start to finish the service we got was outstanding. All the staff were very attentive and made sure that the day went without any problems. The food was excellent and all our guests were very complimentary. The venue was perfect for us, having use of the courtyard was a bonus and the setting for the photos was ideal.

Our experience from start to finish with the staff at the Cock O'Barton was faultless, Sian the wedding planner was a star, so helpful and full of good ideas, she made you feel very special, On the day we could not have wished for any more than they delivered, it was seamless. The venue was perfect for our wedding, small and intimate with a very personal touch. The food was amazing, and the feedback from all our guest was extremely complimentary.

We chose COB as our venue for a few reasons; we’ve always loved the food and atmosphere here, the layout was perfect for us and it’s always had a very welcoming feel to whenever we’ve dined here. We wanted to get married somewhere that we could return to for special occasions. Mothers days, birthdays, date nights, family occasions- we will often return and reminisce! Our wedding day was perfect here. COB went above and beyond to make it special and the staff were absolutely fantastic. We can’t thank COB enough and this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. Food, preparation, how the day played out perfectly is all down to the hard work of the staff- it was all absolutely gorgeous. Thank you again.

My wife and I got married here in June, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Siân made every step of the planning simple and comfortable, her advice was spot on and she gave really honest opinions when we needed them. We felt taken care of and understood. We really enjoyed how there were no set packages so that we could focus on the things important to us without having to pay for things that we weren’t interested in. On the actual day of the event the decorations were exceptional, the running of the day by Emma was flawless and put us at ease and the food and drink were amazing. We had the Caribbean BBQ meal and everyone went out of their way to tell us how good the food was and I agree. We had signature cocktails on and it was honestly the best espresso martini and mojito I’ve had. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the venue and the staff that helped us. It was a perfect perfect day.

We booked the Cock-o-Barton after seeing many venues of all different sizes & budgets. We found the Cock-o-Barton perfect for our need’s. What we particularly liked was the venue size meant it kept all our guests close by. The smokers could be just in the courtyard near the bar, people who wished to dance just next to that & those who wished to sit down in the marquee. It meant everyone stayed very much involved & part of our day whereas I have been to weddings & guests are so spread it it looses a bit of the atmosphere. This didn’t happen at our wedding, it was fantastic. Only slight thing is our evening food could have done with being slightly earlier around 8:30-9 rather than 9:30 but it didn’t really matter that’s a very slight consideration. We were spoilt & nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The whole team at the cock o barton absolutely smashed our wedding day from start to finish, made our day perfect Alethea and becca aswell as everyone else were sensational and we can’t thank you enough Our wedding was the 4th wedding in our family and definitely won’t be the last! Where do we start! Our day was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we visited The Cock O Barton on 2022 after my husband had proposed to me in New York, we knew this was the place that we wanted to say I DO to each other!!! We loved how everything was all in one place, how intimate and relaxed it was and we knew we could just be ourselves here and have the day that WE wanted. Alethea was brilliant from the time we booked up until even after our wedding. She made sure everything was the way we wanted it l. We provided our own decor for the venue to save money and Alethea really helped to bring our vision life!! Myself and the bride tribe stayed the night before the wedding and we had such a wonderful time. In the morning the staff even brought us over our breakfast so we didn’t have to go out of our rooms whilst we were getting ready!!! Our wedding breakfast in the garden marquee was beautiful, everyone commented on how lovely the food was and the service was second to none, the staff could not do enough for you. We had lots of photos taken on the grounds of the venue but also in the nearby field where it was the most perfect back drop for some really special photo shoots!!!! The staff throughout the day we very attentive and made everyone feel welcome and relaxed. Becca who was the day manger for the day was always there if we needed anything or had any questions, thing was too much trouble. She even helped my bridesmaids sort out my bustle on my dress so I could dance the night away!!! The evening food was great, with it coming out like street food so there was no need for queuing up at buffet. We had burgers, sausage, or pizza. Everyone commented how lovely it was!!! We really can’t recommend this venue enough and if I could do our say all over again as it was I would!! Just perfection 💕
