Hiya, just wanted to say thank you to the whole team for Wednesday. We both had the most magical day and loved every second of it.

Again we want to thank you all for the most amazing wedding day. Really was amazing. We now have the professional photos back and wanted to know if you wanted to use any for your social media pages to promote the wedding. Honestly everyone loved the day and wish we could go back and do it all again.

What can we say about the Village in Portsmouth, the whole experience was amazing. Me and my husband got married 12/04/24. Everything went amazing and the staff we can't thank enough. Special mentions to Lois, Ollie and Callum and the girls on the front desk. Lois was a superstar coordinating our wedding, nothing was too much, amazing communication, was just as excited for our wedding as us and overall just amazing. We were treated with so much respect, everyone was friendly, Callum was amazing the night before the wedding while I was doing last minute sorting of the name cards, brought me some string I had forgotten and was amazing at keeping me calm as I did it. Will be sending a big email to the hotel manager later to go into detail about how amazing everything went. Honestly anyone looking for a venue this place hands down was amazing. And we loved the personal touch on our bed when we came back to the room once the night was over.

A BIG thank you to Hannah from events and the entire Village Hotel team for helping us with our special event. The team were faultless from start to finish and helped to deliver our event to a professional standard which was well received by our guests. Would highly recommend to anybody thinking of holding their event here.

We went to the Village hotel, this is just down the road from Hilsea Lido. I was amazed at how well the food came out! The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. There was chilled ice water on the tables and you could ask for refills. Otherwise it was but your drinks from the bar, I think priced the same as other places around.

All the staff were really helpful and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. There was a real buzz about the hotel, great if you love a bit of atmosphere

I know it sounds cliche but it was honestly the best day of my life. Everything was on time and went as planned, not one single fault in the whole day. I couldn’t fault a single thing throughout the day, they were all fantastic. The reception staff were all brilliant too and so helpful throughout the whole weekend. Loads of people commented about how great the food was too. I honestly can't thank you enough! Thanks so much Natalie, you’ve been so helpful throughout the whole process! I'm just so sad it’s all over and wish we could do it all again!!
