Our wedding at West Heath was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the incredible efforts of Claire and the entire team. Claire's exceptional communication and attention to detail throughout reassured us that we were in capable hands. She made planning a joy. On the day everything was executed wonderfully. We had so many compliments about the venue We can't recommend West Heath enough – it's a magical place with an exceptional team. We had an unforgettable day which we will treasure forever.

We booked West Heath only four months before our wedding. With full time jobs, kids and second time around, it could be quite a daunting prospect. Not so with West Heath, and the wonderful Claire. We were guided and supported throughout. The day itself was fantastic the guests enjoyed themselves so much and loved the venue. It suited all ages. Another great thing is that the weddings support the important work of West Heath School. We cannot recommend West Heath, Claire and her team enough.

Our Wedding reception was at West Heath and it was the best day of our lives. We'd like to thank Claire and all the staff at West Heath for their dedication in making our wedding day so special. The whole process of organising the wedding with Claire was very relaxed. Claire was on top of all the details and she ensured everything ran smoothly. The venue of West Heath itself is grand, stately and far more beautiful in real life than online. We'll cherish our memories for the rest of our lives

What an amazing venue to have a wedding. All of our guests were amazed with the venue, the staff were fabulous. My new husband and myself were over the moon with how Claire organised the whole event. Claire helped every way she could and was always quick to reply to any questions or queries I had. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet was delicious, there is not one bad thing we could say about West Heath or the staff. Thank you for making our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives.

West Heath is a beautiful venue, set in lovely grounds in a great location. Claire and the team are responsive and accommodating, her genuine commitment to making our day perfect was clear to see. Nothing felt like a hassle. The in house catering was restaurant quality. On the day, all the team were on point and the service perfect. Claire was nothing short of a star, we could completely relax and enjoy the day as she kept it moving. We can't thank you enough! It was perfect!

We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago. The venue looked fantastic; our guests were really impressed. The staff have been so helpful during the whole planning process and were especially great in the week leading up to the wedding day. There are lots of good places for photos even when the weather is bad and it was useful to have several different rooms in the evening - one for dancing, one for the bar and one for quieter socialising. Thank you West Heath!

West heath was an amazing venue for our wedding. From when we first visited it, we fell in love with the building and it looked incredible on our wedding day. It would not have been the amazing day it was without Georgina looking after us. She made sure we were well looked after, sorted out any problems that arose and made us feel so well supported. We had our wedding at West Heath School one month ago today and I still cannot stop smiling whenever I think about it. The venue is truly gorgeous, we had a cloudy day so couldn't explore too much but the grounds close to the house were spectacular and the house itself was stunning. Everyone said how beautiful the venue was. As for the staff, they have been amazing at every single step. Naomi has been quick and brilliant with every request I made along the way and on the day her and Caroline kept everything running so smoothly. They thought of every little detail and looked after all of our guests brilliantly. David the catering manager was so attentive, he spotted when one of our guests was not enjoying the food we'd ordered for him and got him another meal with no hassle. If you're considering this as a venue for a wedding, party or any celebration then look no further because it is truly perfect.

A beautiful venue but what really stood out for us (as guests) was how friendly and helpful the staff are. Nothing was too much trouble (including making sure a very picky teen didn’t go hungry) and all delivered in a friendly but unobtrusive way. Cannot recommend this venue highly enough.
