Aloft Sunnyvale

I moved out of state and come to Sunnyvale 2x a month to work. Pros: The rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds, and complimentary coffee is definitelya plus.Convenient location and friendly Staff. Johanna and Javier are always delivering exceptional customer service. Con: No microwave in the room.

Great location and the staff was AMAZING! Forgot my laptop and with a quick phone call it was secured until I could return. Then to add that my AirPods were left behind, not realized until after I picked up my laptop. Staff located AirPods and mailed them back to my home address. So friendly, helpful, and fun to work with!!! We will be back when we have our next visit to Levi Stadium.

Lucy and the staff are a godsend! Helped me find a room at the last minute when plans kept falling through and made my stay so, so enjoyable. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. The location cannot be more convenient with restaurants, stores, and Caltrain pretty much right outside the door. My room was reasonably sized for 1 person and extremely clean and modern. I would 100% look forward to staying here again.

The Hotel location is fantastic and central to downtown. It's a couple blocks to the nearby movie theater (AMC Sunnyvale) and shops (whole foods) this is why I chose it. Also, I've stayed at an Aloft before in NY and Las Vegas and was very happy.I had to call the hotel for a couple requests there was no wait time.I spoke to Lucy at the front desk she was very friendly and was able to make every accommodation.This is why I prefer Marriot establishments because honestly they have better service...
