Fairfield Inn & Suites Tehachapi

Very nice hotel located within walking distance of most of downtown. The rooms were clean and very nice. Pricey, but not overly so. Breakfast was standard for a hotel semi-hot breakfast. Can be loud with the trains, not bad.

Very nice and super clean. The kitchen staff are a bit slow with restocking the free breakfast in the dining room, but all are very friendly. It's a dead spot for cell service though inside the hotel. If you walk out of the hotel, you're fine. It's a nice hotel and very convenient in Tehachapi.

My husband & I stayed the night in August 2020 because we had a family wedding to attend at 400pm and didn't want to drive home for 3 hours in the dark. We had a handicap room and it was very very nice. Everything was clean & fresh. Just a few steps from the elevator. Breakfast was in a brown paper bag due to Covid19 & it was good. No fruit. I wish they would offer an apple, orange or banana. This place is definitely recommended. I felt at home. Thank you to all the staff.

I did not know what to expect when looking for a room in Tehachapi. But recently visited for a wedding and was taken with this cute little town and great, clean place to stay. Typical Fairfield end. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. This property seems fairly new and in clean, working order. Front desk staff was efficient, nice, but did not go out of their way to provide service, smiles much more than their exact duty.. Oh, not true. (We did ask for advice on places to eat...
