Holiday Inn El Monte - Los Angeles, an IHG Hotel

Customer service was very good and attentive. We enjoyed the free parking and pool area. We used our IHG points and got a great value using them. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel for a great value using the IHH points.

This hotel is beautiful! Very spacious plenty of space to relax in the lobby and outside to enjoy a cup of coffee looking at the mountains by the pool. Plenty of restaurants near by, walking distance. Staff is amazing, very friendly. Thank you Stephanie and David, you guys are amazing! Great Customer Service!!

This is our second time in this hotel. The service is great and the rooms are kept clean. The beds are very comfortable, the room isn’t very big but it’s pretty roomy if it makes sense. They do offer discounts for military and government personnel. They do offer complimentary breakfast. I think it’s a great place to stay if you’re on a budget but don’t want to sacrifice quality. One thing I was bummed about is the cable, they don’t have many channels for kids and whatever channels they did have

Very nice hotel, I’ve been to multiple hotels across the country but I’ve had my best experiences here. Front desk was really kind and understanding to all of my questions. My family loved the rooms and loved having stores near by. And the pool is in a nice secluded area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, no complaints here. Thank you for a lovely experience! I much prefer El Monte’s holiday inn than the one in Denver! 😂

Venue was pretty. Rooms were clean. I was here for a wedding amd stayed as overnight guest. Very nice accommodation.
