McMenamins Kennedy School

A 1911 building that was lauded by Ladies' Home Journal for its innovative one-story architecture, back in the day. Today, visitors stay overnight in classrooms-turned-guestrooms (complete with original chalkboards), have a bite to eat in the old cafeteria (now our Courtyard Restaurant) and grab a drink in either the Honors Bar or the Detention Bar, depending on your mood. And that's just the beginning. We have several event spaces, both indoors and out, from which you can choose, accommodating up to 200 guests. It is a wedding venue unlike any other — and no one will be sent to the principal's office, we promise. (Just don't start a food fight at the reception.) Why plan your event with McMenamins? No additional room rental fee once the food and beverage minimum is reached. The food and beverage minimum includes wait staff and bartenders, indoor tables and chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Unique venue locations, for big and small events, inside and out. Your sales coordinator will assist in planning all venue details leading up to your event. Full onsite catering with accommodations for dietary restrictions.
