Seeing the kitchen doors swing open and closed, wondering what magic was behind them. Whether in a diner or a fancy white-tablecloth restaurant, the kitchen and the chefs were the hidden heart of the restaurant. We built Roister to be a convivial and casual place where family and friends can gather to relax and enjoy delicious food.It is the perfect environment for celebrating with a party, small or large, for dinner, brunch, or cocktails and snacks. We have events packages to fit each of these occasions.
