the Room was super clean

Our stay there Thursday and Friday was fabulous, the Room was super clean, shower was great the beds are really comfortable I didn't want to get up. Customer Service was the best check in ,valet, servers and casino Floor workers. Looking forward to my next trip. Pat from Pittsburgh

Nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff

Nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. of course, it's a casino resort, and therefore, food and drinks are more expensive than elsewhere, but there are other places to eat relatively close. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a view of the mountains. Available were a mini fridge, small coffee pot, and hair dryer. No microwave. Other things at the hotel are a pool, a fitness center, and an event center for concerts. It was a very nice place, and we would go back.

The views are always beautiful

Very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and the food is good. The views are always beautiful and I always frequent the gift shop. As a member it's pretty cool receiveing their offers (Set of cookware, Robe etc.).

Absolutely loved my stay at Seneca! The service and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk, where Valerie was super helpful and accommodating! The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The only knock on them was the windows were pretty dirty (on the outside) so the view of mountains weren’t as good as it could’ve been. I’d also recommend a new shower head, the showers are spacious and overall very nice, but the head was definitely showing its age...
