Wedding: February

the staff is great!

We stay here whenever we are going to a Niners game. Conveniently located near the airport and to the public transportation rail to the game. Bed is soft, rooms are cozy, and the staff is great! Easy pick up and drop off for Uber/Lyft rides to explore the local area.

Excellent Staff

A must visit excellent staff fabulous rooms and if you're looking for a penthouse for a little evening of loving and being loved this is one location you must bring your significant other too getting on perhaps do a little nasty LOL

Great experience.

Great experience. I really don't get some of the complaints about this, they seem unwarranted or built out of anger. Rooms were clean, house keeping came daily, front desk was SUPER nice around the clock, speedy check-in + check-out, and overall it was a pleasant trip. There was also a lot of guests due to a convention in town, but they were pretty quiet

Fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience. Atmosphere was great and the staff were all on their A game for customer service. I was there for buisness but I'm trying to think of reasons to come back for the breakfast burrito.

Excellent bedding.

Stayed here last week to attend family wedding nearby. The room was large, very comfortable, very clean. Excellent bedding. It is connected to Residence Inn, so they have BBQ grills and nice party/lounging area about the pool area. Staff all excellent. Special cudos to front desk manager, I can't believe I forgot his name, begins with W, but when I requested late check out because I was ill, not only did he provide this, but also personally brought up two bottles of water.
